Refund policy

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, unworn, and unwashed, with original tags attached and returned in original packaging. A valid proof of purchase is required.

How to Start a Return

Submit your Return portal to initiate a return. Once your request is reviewed and approved, we'll send return instructions and, if applicable, a prepaid shipping label. We don't take any return shipping costs. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, submit your return within 48 hours of delivery, along with photos of the issue. We'll resolve it promptly.

Exchanges

Exchanges are available in-store for damaged, defective, or incorrect items only, subject to product availability. YaraLuxe does not charge any restocking fees on eligible returns.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Your bank may require additional time to process the credit.

Discounts & Promotions

Discount codes, final sale, and promotional offers are not eligible for refunds if not applied at checkout. They cannot be added after an order is placed.
